East Jutland Museum
The guide was updated:At Museum Østjylland, you can experience a culture-historical time travel reaching back as far as antiquity, and all the way up until this present day.
In the permanent exhibitions, you will learn about life in the region 100,000 years ago until nowadays, while the interactive rune-stone and modern exhibitions about the Middle Ages invite to dressing up as nuns, noblemen and knights. Randers Tropical Zoo
Randers Tropical Zoo features the largest artificial rain forest in Europe, with mirroring the three rainforest continents: South America, Asia and Africa. Observe giant lianas, roaring waterfalls, and more than 450 different tropical plants, and 250 species of animals, and more than half of them walk around freely. If you are brave, you can also get very close to the snakes in the Asian snake yard, or to an armadillo or a green anaconda, which is the heaviest boa constrictor species in the world. For having a break from this wildlife experience, you can take it low with traditional Danish farming animals at the playground, or with a drink and a snack at the cafe.

Randers Fjord is one of Denmark's unique natural areas, and the fjord is considered to be the Gudenå's estuary delta, where fresh water from the longest river in Denmark meets salt water from Kattegat. Fjords Færgefart
With Randers Fjords Færgefart, you can cross Randers Fjord for experiencing the beautiful surroundings, and for sensing a presence of history. The ferrys cross the fjord at both Mellerup-Voer and Udbyhøj north-south: while both routes take only four minutes, the Udbyhøj Ferry is Denmark's oldest and only cable ferry, first mentioned in 1613.

Memphis Mansion
Memphis Mansion is a copy of Elvis Presley's house in Memphis, and you can here find the biggest collection of original Elvis memorabilia outside of the US.
The venue also features a small cinema, conference rooms and an Elvis shop with lots of souvenirs, and you have to try the Highway 51 Diner, where you can order food from Southern American recipes and, most important, Elvis's favourite dish: a peanut butter sandwich with jam, grilled bananas and bacon.

Randers Kunstmuseum is a treasure with great experiences for everybody, as it contains more than 4,000 works of art. The Old Town Hall
The Old Town Hall from 1780 was designed by master builder Chr. Mørup, and during the renovation of the previous town hall, this totally new building was erected – Chr. Mørup made a sketch in only 6 days. 1930, the town hall was moved due to too heavy traffic, and a granite angle in the pavement south of the building marks the previous site of the house.
